Peace Oil Essential oil blend

Peace oil  is a blend of some of my favorite essential oils designed to help you Rebalance, Refresh and Renew.

This oil blend includes essential oils of Frankincense, Ylang ylang, Rose, Eucalyptus, Lavender and Lemongrass. Experience the soft fragrance and feel peace, clarity, well being, calm and uplift and reconnect with love.

Each oil in the blend has a corresponding energy center chakra, or two, or three… that they help balance. Most oils in the blend help balance more than one chakra, what a sweet deal!

~~Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)The very top of the head is our universal connection to beauty and spirituality.

Oils in Peace blend that help balance Crown Chakra:

  • Frankincense
  • Rose
  • Lavender  (opens & activates)

Frankincense  is one of the most spiritually-charged oils. It has been used for thousands of years for positive mental peace and clarity and it is regarded as Holy oil. Rich, deep, and sweet, Frankincense increases spiritual awareness and connection with the divine within.

  • For root chakra healing it lends antidepressant and sedative qualities. It is a soothing oil, calming, and  helps to connect the crown and the root chakras.
  • For throat chakra healing, this oil is beneficial in cases of under active thyroid. I have read about many people who have used frankincense to help heal their thyroid disorder.
  •  Immune stimulating properties and anti-inflammatory.
  • Powerful stimulant that lifts depressed energy. Its antiseptic and expectorant qualities make it effective for colds, flu, and respiratory infections.
  • Increases cellular regeneration; helps remedy aging skin and wrinkles, scar tissue, small surface wounds and blemishes along with boils, pimples and skin ulcerations.

Ylang Ylang promotes healthy sexual and reproductive energies and helps with  stress, insomnia, and frigidity. Ylang ylang is cooling and clearing as it helps create an atmosphere of calm openness. It enhances the feeling of gratitude and connection in relationships or for material blessings.

  •  Clears anger, frustration and other emotionally charged or agitated states.
  • Creates the feeling that you are lovable, joyful and peaceful.
  •  Promotes enthusiasm and confidence.
  • Increases blood flow, relieves inflammation and helps regulate heartbeat.
  • Promotes healthy intestinal function

Rose is said to have the highest spiritual frequency of all essential oils. It opens the heart chakra, allowing one to feel unconditional love.

  • It is also one of the most expensive oils as it takes 4000 kg of rose petals to produce 1kg of pure essential rose oil!
  • The oil has a beautiful floral scent and its influence is calming and elevating to the mind, creating a sense of well-being.
  • Rose awakens our capacity for self-love, self-compassion and self-nurturing for emotional wounds.
  •  Rose enhances romance and love. It is also helpful for alleviating depression and insomnia.

Eucalyptus symbolizes openness and freedom. It is stimulating, decongestive, and soothing on the Lungs and the chest. It opens the chest area and allows flow of energy through the heart chakra.

  • Eucalyptus is often used in respiratory ailments, bronchitis and colds. On the psychological level, Eucalyptus is a central nervous system sedative, it calms and uplifts the spirit.
  • Use eucalyptus to help clear sinuses and cure a sore throat or coughing, allowing this passageway to become free and clear for self-expression.
  • Lavender oil is one of the most well-known essential oils for releasing stress as it is incredibly calming to the mind and body. Lavender boosts the immune system and is great for headaches; a common occurrence whenever your third eye is blocked. We can calm the active mind with lavender to reach a higher state of consciousness.
  • Helps heal burns and wounds
  •  Treatment for insomnia and improves sleep in general.
  • Helps regulate heart rate variability and circulation
  • Soothes pains like those caused by sore and tense muscles, muscular aches, rheumatism, sprains, backache and lumbago.
  • Beneficial for respiratory problems including throat infections, flu, cough, cold, asthma, sinus congestion, bronchitis, whooping cough, laryngitis, and tonsillitis.

Mango Lassi Healthy Digestion Drink Recipe

I love Lassi! What is Lassi? A traditional mango drink made in India usually made with yogurt, milk, mango, sugar or salt, and spices like cardamom. Lassi can be made with fruit or nutritious herbs and flowers. My healthy version of this delicious traditional drink ditches the dairy and helps boost digestive health. I will share some of my favorite mix-ins in the recipe.

Though I do not necessarily claim a special diet in order to describe myself, I do like to eat the best gifts I can find from the earth.  Ingredients are best when they are good for as many types of people as possible. Using my favorite ingredients makes it easy to create treats that are easy for as many people, from as many diet preference backgrounds to enjoy. I like to take delicious traditional foods and substitute my favorite ingredients! So my Lassi is no exception.

A basic Lassi is :yogurt, sugar, ice,(mango),spices.  For those who are trying to heal their gut and have no sugar, dairy etc. diet, my recipe is a refreshing upgrade.

Pinch Colostrum Garnish*

Fresh Mint

~I change the amount of mix in depending on what fun ingredients I have.~

Blend together and enjoy!

Ingredient sourcing:

I get my coconut cream (make sure its cream and not milk) from the Asian store. The brand I use is Savoy it is pure coconut and so creamy.

Other ingredients have links throughout the text to make it easy 🙂

As always, please support your local beekeepers when you purchase your raw local honey for any recipe.

**Colostrum is from bovine(cow) before the milk , just like humans. It is a probiotic and many who have issues with dairy are not effected negatively by colstrum. Most even note decrease in reaction to dairy after useing colostrum. It is very beneficial for the digestive system.

Gratitude Adventure

My childhood years were filled with many books and days of reading. My mother would often realize I had been quiet for too long and find me in my room or in a cozy spot reading. Though I enjoyed reading and learning, nothing can top personal experience. I have such an admiration for Mother Earth and the many blessings life has and as I combine all of my colorful knowledge from my studies over the years I find myself traveling in a Gratitude Adventure. In order to enrich the world around me I am allowing the world around me to enrich my entire being. I find inspiration in nature and then share it with all of you. Everywhere in nature there is healing and love, in the soil, in the leaves in the plant oils. The stones and crystals with sacred structures and formations created in the Earth share their healing vibrations to uplift and benefit us all.

I love to Adventure out in nature and create art with the resources and blessings of the planet, and then, offer the gifts to others. Join me in my Adventure in Gratitude and don’t forget to dream sweetly.

Chacha Mamas World!

Welcome to Chacha Mamas World! We bring the goodness of the Earth to you. The newest addition to our world is the hand made crystal  HATH PANJAS  which is a  TRADITIONAL BRACELET from India. A hand piece worn by both the bride and the female guests to wear in traditional Indian weddings. The bride usually will wear one on each hand whereas the female guests traditionally just wear one on their dominant hand. The Panja is usually a gold bracelet and a ring that is joined by a decorative chain and a coloured gemstone between the bracelet and the ring.

Chacha Mamas modern interpretation of the Hath Panjas includes comfortable accomodating materials without the worry of metal sensitivity. Chacha Mama also uses real stones and crystals in the design of the Hath Panjas in order to optimize healing energies of the wearer. Whether you are looking for jewelry to adorn your hands or feet, Chacha Mama has made sure to bring happiness and blessings to each piece.
