Maybe you…like I …have eaten spoonfulls of Nutella! Ok ok so half of the jar at once. It is delicious on just about anything and can turn a slice of bread into a gourmet experience. I have made my own version of nutella, switching in a few of my upgrade ingredients.
Nutella ingredients : Chachamamas ingredients
palm oil, *sesame oil(or coconut..)
hazelnuts, *Brazil Nuts
cocoa, *Raw Cacao
skim milk, *
reduced minerals whey (milk),
lecithin as emulsifier (soy), *Sunflower Lecithin
vanillin: an artificial flavor. *organic vanilla (I do not always have vanilla but it tastes great with or without.)
I also have a secret ingredient! I like to pump up the nutrient content of my treats whenever possible and the flavors synergize well together.
Jungle spread “not” ella
1/2 cup Brazil nut
3 tablespoons Sesame oil(coconut oil,or a blend)
2 tablespoons Raw cacao(raw revelations)
2 tablespoons Raw Local Honey
1/4 teaspoon Salt (Hibiscus Sumac Portuguese)
1 tablespoon Cricket Powder (yes, cricket protein)
1 teaspoon sunflower lecithin
Step 1~ blend brazil nuts ( I use a Magic bullet, its quick for a small batch)
Step 2~ blend everything else together( I like to use a Vitamix because it makes a great consistency.)
~I enjoy my Jungle spread on my favorite gluten free crepe, you can even sneak a scoop into your protein shakes!
